As a commercial leader at a Series A company building AI solutions for mass spectrometry and as COO at IndusQuad LLC, he specializes in bridging the gap between advanced research and market-ready products. His expertise encompasses driving product adoption, crafting effective go-to-market strategies, and guiding novel analytical platforms through critical commercialization stages, including IPO. His background in developing and commercializing robust analytical technologies and AI solutions is uniquely suited to the rigorous demands of space tech for deployable innovation and complex data interpretation in extreme environments.
With a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Boston and extensive postdoctoral training, Adi’s professional journey includes pivotal R&D, strategic marketing, and scientific applications roles at high-growth companies like 908 Devices and Bruker. An active advisor to life science startups and California Life Sciences’ FAST Advisory program, he is dedicated to mentoring founders through the complexities of product development, IP strategy, and early customer engagement.
