Greg is a Partner in the Seattle office and part of BCG FED. Greg spends his time supporting BCG’s commercial and government Space clients. Greg has led a number of projects focused on accelerating capability delivery, acquisition strategy development and execution, growth strategies in new markets, performance improvements, and organizational change. Additionally, he has led transformations in engine repair, strategic planning, and shop floor operations, enhancing efficiency and availability. Across his projects he has also redesigned engineering oversight, maintenance and sustainment programs, and streamlined processes to drive operational effectiveness.
Greg completed his MBA at MIT Sloan, where he focused on technology, executing change in large organizations, and operations. Before MIT Sloan, Greg worked for four years as an economic consultant at Analysis Group. Greg led teams advising clients in technology, media, consumer finance, and public health. Greg also holds a BA in both Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University.
