Harry Red

Founder and CEO, Infyrno LLC

Harry is the Founder and CEO of Infyrno LLC, and a cross-functional technology entrepreneur. Previously, he co-founded dual-use AI company Voltera Corporation and led the early development of its AI-based talent management solution. As a result, he later brought the company to a successful acquisition in 2022. He served as Voltera’s R&D integrator, architecting ahead for interoperability between Voltera’s systems. In a pure commercial setting, he developed a Laser Power Meter sensor device and its firmware for an industrial laser cutting company; a system capable of detecting performance degradation in CO2 laser tubes used in large industrial laser cutting machines. In partnership with Interorbital Systems, a satellite and space launch vehicle manufacturer at Mojave Air and Space Port, he has led the conceptualization and design adaptation of the Rapid AIr Interceptor for Enhanced Readiness (RAIDER) – an ongoing effort to adapt its flight-proven NEPTUNE rocket for use as a low-cost, rapidly manufacturable air defense interceptor missile with potential AI-integrated sensing and analysis capabilities, requiring deep interoperability with numerous diverse systems. He served as a close advisor to the CEO of dual-use electromagnetic sensing company GroundMetrics, to drive commercial adoption of its Department of Energy-funded advanced sensor technology in multiple market segments. He is a mentor and advisor to numerous technology companies at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, a mentor at dual-use accelerator FedTech, and a mentor at NATO Defense Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA). He also serves as the CEO of the Spaceport Innovation Alliance (SIA) — a tri-state consortium of innovation-sector entities in California, Utah, and Arizona, which aims to advance aerospace technology by spaceport-based RDT&E and tech transfer.
