Dr. Ganesh is a scientist-turned-strategic operator with over 15 years of experience turning deep tech into real-world impact. As VP of Advanced Technology Development at H2scan, he’s led the development of cutting-edge hydrogen sensing solutions used across energy, industrial, and space sectors—helping scale the company to a $100M+ valuation.
With a Ph.D. in Chemistry from USC, an MBA from UCLA, and a master’s from IIT, Ganesh blends technical depth with business acumen. He’s built strong R&D pipelines, led global IP strategy, and forged partnerships with institutions like NREL, Sandia, UCLA, and Caltech.
Beyond H2scan, he’s also helped launch and fund SentireMedical, a medtech startup, securing non-dilutive capital through SBIR and LEEP grants to accelerate product development without giving up equity. At his core, Ganesh is passionate about building technologies that not only push boundaries—but also make a difference here on Earth.
