Director of Government Partnerships, Reflect Orbital
Rakhee is the Director of Government Partnerships at Reflect Orbital, where she leads engagement with federal agencies, defense, and international public sector partners to advance the company’s space-based sunlight-on-demand technology. She also works with E2MC Ventures, providing insight on defense-related opportunities and supporting investment operations.
Prior to Reflect, Rakhee led the U.S. Space Force-backed accelerator at SpaceWERX, where she supported over 60 dual-use startups in navigating national security markets and unlocking billions in non-dilutive funding and private investment.
A former Navy logistics officer and certified DoD contracting professional, Rakhee brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of defense, space, and innovation. She holds a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy and is currently pursuing her MBA at UCLA Anderson.
