Charlotte is a Principal in the Boston Consulting Group’s Aerospace & Defense practice, where advises both commercial and government aviation and space clients across strategy, operations, and management topics. She is passionate about building out the next generation of space technologies across both human spaceflight and satellite solutions and thrives on bridging the gap between business and technical teams working towards these goals. Prior to working at BCG, Charlotte was a Mission Integration Engineer at SpaceX where she led NASA cargo integration for the first Crew Dragon launch and sat on-console during multiple Falcon 9, Dragon, and Starlink missions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Wellesley College and a master’s degree in engineering from Cornell University.
