Through a university affiliation is the manager of the Storm Peak Laboratory, a high elevation mountain-top atmospheric science facility in Colorado. The site is recognized by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Global Atmospheric Watch for long term observations of aerosols, clouds, meteorology and trace gases.
